The exhaust is one of the most important parts of a 2 stroke engine. Designing an exhaust for YOUR particular engine can increase the overall performance of the engine. Casematching
Many aftermarket cylinders will fit the original casings but have larger transferports than the stock cylinder. Casematching will improve the power, depending on the cylinder it can make a big difference.
Cylinder Modifications
Aftermarket moped cylinders are mostly not designed to give loads of power in comparison with modern scooter cylinders. Every driver has his own wishes about drivability and powerband. Modifying the cylinder can increase the allround performance for better drivability or create a smaller and more powerfull powerband for racing purposes. By using dental tools it`s possible to make the cylinder to the client wishes.
